(1) Vendor needs to provide Janitorial Services to the government authority located in Sierra Madre, CA. – Clean included shower fixtures, wet–area floors, locker–room common floors and benches. – Clean entrance glass, interior door glass, mirrors, and visible fingerprints.– Clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish city–provided consumables.– Vacuum all carpet and mats.– Sweep and damp mop all hard floors.– Clean drinking fountains and bottle–filling stations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
