25-026 Stormwater Pond Sampling - RFP

The City is seeking qualified consultants to perform monthly stormwater pond and pump station water quality monitoring for select stormwater lakes starting October 2025. Sampling should be conducted per the Department of Environmental Protection’s Standard Operating Procedures. Laboratory analysis needs to be conducted by a NELAC-certified facility. A spatial and temporal summary of the data should be provided in an annual report as well as statistical analysis and interpretation which includes the period of record (2014-2026). Data results and conclusions should also be summarized in a presentation to City Council. Other technical assistance will be requested as needed. Consulting firms qualified and experienced in water quality sampling, statistical analysis, and interpretation of water quality data will be considered for award of this Request for Proposals (RFP). Estimated Budget: $200,000.00
