(1) Vendor needs to provide college advising and case management services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.1. Implementation and system integration:– Execute and maintain a detailed implementation plan outlining timelines, roles and responsibilities, communication protocols, and escalation procedures.– Designate a dedicated implementation lead or project manager with expertise in chatbot and case management integration.– Develop and administer all opt–in and opt–out processes in a transparent, user–friendly, and legally compliant manner, ensuring that requests are processed promptly.2. Development and deployment of specific messaging:– Content must reflect specific college access policies, advising resources, relevant deadlines, and key milestones, and be tailored to the needs of high school students across the state.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
