TRANSLATION-8386 - USA (Oregon) - Interpreter and Translation Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide timely, high quality, professional, and competent, pre–scheduled and on–demand interpreters and written professional translation for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency and who are deaf or hard of hearing that are receiving county services and interacting with the county.o On–site/In–person interpreter services, including ASLo Over–the–phone interpreter services that are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.o Video remote interpreter services with Proposer providing any required equipmento Written professional translation– American Sign Language (ASL), Russian, and Spanish, the following preferred languages – Burmese, Chinese, Chuukese, Marshallese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Swahili, Vietnamese, and including a variety of other languages, and less commonly available specific dialects – Akateko, Chuj, Ixil, K’iche’, Mam, Mixteco Bajo, Purepecha, Q’anjob’al, Q’eqchi’, and Zapoteco and all other languages available(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
