ITQ# 160133JB New Code & Parks Building Channel Signs

The City of Homestead is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of Illuminated Channel Letter Signs for the New Code & Parks Building Located at 653 SW 4th Street, Homestead FL 33030 . Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule.
