(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Providing full lifecycle commissioning services, including Measurement & Verification (M&V) coordination, for a comprehensive portfolio of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs).– Review contractor submittals for commissioned systems. – Review and revise pre–functional checklists provided by equipment vendors and/or installing contractors. – Verify installation of systems and equipment. (2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
