Vendor needs to provide Distributed Antenna System (DAS) replacement services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Replace the existing Distributed Antenna System (DAS).– Assessment & Design• Site Survey: Conduct a comprehensive site survey of the Headquarters facility.• Floor Plan Validation: Obtain, review, and validate existing architectural floor plans to map out coverage zones.• Pathway Identification: Map out vertical/horizontal cable pathways, rooftop access points, and optimal antenna mounting locations.• Donor Signal Evaluation: Measure and evaluate existing donor signal strength, quality, and structural conditions on the rooftop.• Existing Infrastructure Analysis: Assess the integrity of current cable runs to determine if they can be reused.• Design Package: Produce and submit a comprehensive DAS Design Package for approval prior to procurement or installation. The package must include:o System architecture diagramso Exact equipment and component locationso Detailed cable routing plans (prioritizing existing runs where feasible)o Antenna placement layouts and predicted coverage heat–mapso Detailed power, thermal, and network back–haul requirements– System Implementation & Installation• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all construction, security, and safety guidelines.• Equipment Procurement & Installation: Furnish and install all required infrastructure components– System Commissioning & Testing• Post–Integration Benchmarking: Perform rigorous post–installation testing to validate system performance across AT&T, Verizon, and T–Mobile networks.• Cloud Management: Integrated cloud–based monitoring, secure remote access, realtime alerting, and automated firmware push capabilities.
