(1) Vendor needs to provide AI and data analytics service to counter global diversion. • App Development & Deployment: Deploy a user–friendly smartphone–accessible application with capabilities such as artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML)–based computer vision, optical character recognition (OCR), and/or large language model (LLM) integration to visually identify export–controlled commodities.• Analyze trade data, create exemplary visualizations (e.g., dashboards), and train export control authorities to use data analysis for export control implementation• Create and host user–friendly data analyses and visualizations to illustrate trade trends and key source, transshipment, and diversion locations, shareable (e.g., via access controlled online portal or web application) with foreign authorities• Proposed engagement techniques and tools/technology that would train and enable recipient countries to engage relevant industry at greater scale, such as through AI–enabled tools
