(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive elevator modernization study service to the government authority located in city.    – Services of a qualified vertical transportation consultant firm, headed by a licensed elevator engineer or licensed elevator inspector, to conduct a comprehensive vertical transportation equipment audit across its federal portfolio, asset management properties and its administrative offices.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than august 03, 2026.
