(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Toledo, OH.• The project will include a community room, property management spaces andother social service support space, offices, and community spaces• The selected CMAR shall, in consultation with the rest of the team:a. Perform a field investigation of the site;b. provide an evaluation of the current Drawings & Specifications, schedule, andconstruction budget;c. provide written analysis of project constructability;d. provide an independent estimate of construction cost;e. and make recommendations, with cost evaluations, for use of alternative materials,systems, and equipment for possible cost reductions (“value engineering”) whereconsistent with Project objectives.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026(4) Pre–Proposal Conference will be held on July 16, 2026
