(1) Vendor needs to provide cisco unified communications upgrade services to the government authority located in O’Fallon, MO. - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Upgrade two (2) cluster servers.- Cisco Unity Connection: Upgrade two (2) voicemail and messaging servers.- Cisco Emergency Responder (CER): Upgrade two (2) emergency call routing servers.- VMware Hypervisors (ESXi): Upgrade two (2) physical host hypervisors hosting the virtual machines.- Cisco Unified Attendant Console: Upgrade one (1) operator attendant instance.– Licensing Assumptions:- Cisco Licensing: The District's Cisco Flex subscription agreement is current and active.The selected vendor will be responsible for verifying, migrating, and applying the existing Flex entitlements to the upgraded applications.- VMware Licensing: Francis Howell School District will procure the necessary commercial licenses for the required VMware ESXi hypervisor upgrades.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
