Description

Town of Apex (Town) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms or consultant teams licensed to provide professional engineering services in North Carolina for replacement of the ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system at the Apex Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). Anticipated services include preliminary engineering, competitive UV equipment preselection, final design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration and observation, startup, and project closeout. The Town intends to select one Consultant for the overall project. Services may be authorized in phases, and the Town reserves the right to contract separately for portions of the work. Final scope, schedule, deliverables, and compensation will be established during contract negotiations.
