(1) Vendor needs to provide podiatry services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX. – Facility shall provide accurate medical histories for each client to ensure needs of the patient are met. – Contractor shall evaluate patients (face–to–face) that have been referred and delivered to the podiatry clinic.– The contractor shall obtain accurate medical histories from the facility for patients and individuals to ascertain the needs of the patient.– Provide services twice weekly on–site clinics, with the date and time to be mutually agreed upon contract award.– Provide services to residents as requested thru consultation or referral by the facilities physicians and providers subject to approval.– Smoking prohibited.– Telephone service.• Services shall include to:a) Bunions.b) Calluses and corns.c) Fungal nails.d) Foot and or ankle fractures.e) Gout.f) Heel pain.g) Ingrown toenails.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
