– Vendor needs to provide secure AI supported modern eDiscovery platform. – Provide modern, secure eDiscovery platforms that support intake, processing, review, analytics, production, and public records workflow.– Provide solutions that incorporate advanced, secure AI capabilities in alignment with State technology, security, privacy, procurement, and accessibility standards.– Evaluate secure AI enabled capabilities suitable for privileged and sensitive legal material.– Full description of AI models used (classification, TAR/CAL, summarization, transcription, entity detection, image/video analysis).– Data isolation, dataflow diagrams, and content handling.– Ingestion and processing of large complex data sets including email, collaborative content, chat messages, cloud repositories, file systems, mobile or cloud forensic sources, media files, and structured datasets.
