(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive materials and field testing and miscellaneous services to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.• provide on demand Materials and Field Testing and Miscellaneous Services1. Unit prices for each item in the bid schedule shall include all tools, equipment, labor, mileage, and materials necessary to complete the work associated with the item unless otherwise specified.2. All waste generated during work performed by service provider shall be the property of the service provider.3. Upon request of the County, a cost proposal shall be submitted for a given assignment prior to commencing any task. This cost proposal shall be a work breakdown presented in spreadsheet form.4. Overtime charges in excess of two (2) hours per employee per day will not be allowed unless approved by the County prior to the work being completed.5. Where it is not incidental to work, labor effort (time) charges shall be from when employee leaves office to when he/she returns, all preparations will not be charged against the project.6. Agency reserves the right to inspect service provider's facilities and/or equipment and verify testing procedures prior to award or any time during contract.7. Service provider should be sure all billing/invoices are clear and, in a format, acceptable to Agency. The invoices must include the Agency Project Name and Number and the Purchase Order Number. All line items must be marked clearly and concisely to match the bid schedule number and description.8. When projects are anticipated to overlap contract renewal terms, provider(s) should forecast future years contract rates if asked to develop an overall assignment cost.9. The County intends to award this contract to multiple vendors. Once the contract is awarded, work will be assigned based on responsiveness to request and ability to meet County needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
