(1) Vendor needs to provide maestro treatment planner and support software service.    – Provide all required software licenses, upgrades, and support services for on–premise software solution including technical support via phone, email, and the MIM Portal web request support, as applicable.– Provide 24/7 emergency technical support for software related issues via phone, email, and the MIM Portal, with a response time of no more than two hours for critical issues and resolution within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.– MIM software licenses, and software maintenance.    – MIM encore perpetual license.– MIM Maestro Department Solution– MIM contour protege AI.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
