Description
Go to www.loudoun.gov/procurement for solicitation documents. The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a medical practice with Board certified physicians to perform Occupational Health Services for County personnel as described herein. It is anticipated that approximately 750 evaluations will be required over a one (1) year period for the Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services, Volunteer Fire Departments, Volunteer Rescue Squads, Sheriff’s Office, Department of Animal Services and the Juvenile Detention Center and other personnel. The County anticipates awarding a two (2) year contract with up to three (3), one (1) year renewal options for a maximum five (5) year contract. The contract will begin on July 1, 2011.
