  "summary": "<p>The County of San Mateo seeks a Contractor to perform medical services and testing with an expertise in Occupational Health with appropriate staffing and state licenses. The successful bidder will work with the Human Resources Department Risk Management and Safety Division staff to perform pre-placement protocols and annual surveillance for individual departments, provide complete past records upload/management, perform screenings, immunizations, vaccinations and other services as detailed in Exhibit A.</p><p>These required services include scheduling on-site visits at various County work sites, including, but not limited to the San Mateo Medical Center, Maguire Correctional Facility, Maple Correctional Facility, Probation Administration Offices and Juvenile Probation, with hours as may be specified by the County.</p><p>Services to be provided during these on-site visits include, but are not limited to, OSHA Respirator User Medical Evaluation Questionnaire, review and clearance, QuantiFERON Gold Testing-TB Blood test, Rabies titer and Hepatitis B Vaccination and Titer testing.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Human Resources Department, Risk Management and Safety Division is issuing this Request for Proposal 2024-Solicitation-00088 for these occupational health and safety services. The agreement shall have a term of three years. In addition, the County shall have one (1) option to extend the term for an additional period, which the County may exercise in its sole, absolute discretion. To exercise this option, the County shall provide written notice to the Contractor at least thirty days before the end of the agreement&rsquo;s term.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
