(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce–based eSourcing solution.– Requiring a robust, secure, and modern electronic sourcing platform to support its full procurement lifecycle.– Salesforce platform development and implementation within public–sector environments to design, develop, test, and deploy a fully native Salesforce–based eSourcing solution.– Electronic bid creation module.– Automated document validation and deficiency tracking, including identification of missing, incomplete, expired, or unsigned documents, with vendor notification capabilities and reusable vendor form storage for future solicitations.– Electronic bidding – vendor and subcontractor portal.– Real–time activity logging capturing all vendor and subcontractor bid actions across the solicitation lifecycle, supporting auditing, accountability, and transparency requirements.– Bid and procurement evaluation tools.– Communication and collaboration tools including inline commenting and task assignments to facilitate proposal advancement through evaluation phases, supported by dashboard indicators and automated email alerts notifying evaluators of pending tasks, updates, and approaching deadlines.– Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement timeline and tracking module within Salesforce, providing real–time visibility into critical data and status across active solicitations.– ERP system integration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
