(1) Vendor needs to provide legal specialist technical secretariat services in Peru.– Provide specialized legal and institutional advisory services to support the operationalization and implementation of Country Package, with particular emphasis on:- the Country Package governance and institutional arrangements- the modalities for receiving and managing financial contributions from donors and other partners- the legal and institutional framework for programmatic contributions from subnational governments and non–state implementing partners.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
