(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO. – General cleaning duties, sanitizing, sweeping moping, dusting, vacuuming, deodorizing, polishing, window cleaning, and replacing.– Dust mop and sweep all hard surface flooring to remove loose debris.– Damp mop all hard surface flooring to remove soil spills.– Clean all fixtures with a germicidal solution.– Clean and wash receptacles and dispensers.– Remove all unauthorized marks and writing from walls, partitions, etc.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid mandatory site visit will be held on August 26, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
