(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic workforce plan development service. • Engage a supplier to support the development of a strategic workforce plan aligned to its statement of strategy (2027–2029). – This engagement will focus on:• Translating strategic priorities and emerging organisational structure into a deliverable and phased workforce plan• Developing robust workforce modelling over the lifetime of the strategy• Providing technical expertise in drafting business cases and new post requests for submission to the Department of Health• Develop a clear evidence base and set of planning assumptions to underpin workforce modelling and organisational decisions• Links workforce requirements to strategic objectives• Provides a roadmap for implementation
