(1) Vendor needs to provide computer solutions hub design build service to the government authority located in Monmouth, OR.             – To provide professional design, management and construction services for the new Computer Solutions Hub building.– The project will consist of a tier 3 data center, office area for staff, staging/loading dock, conference/flexible use spaces, and Emergency Operations Center. – The reconfigured area suffers from inadequate heating and cooling, dust mitigation, inadequate security and is vulnerable to seismic events.– A challenge to the site is the proximity to the Rice auditorium and residential areas, which will require additional focus on noise reduction/levels.– well–designed and efficient data and server space will provide stability to agency computer infrastructure, classroom technology, and student services. Students will also have firsthand access to a micro–cloud computing environment, making digital careers less intimidating. – Technology grants will be possible, accelerating research timelines in areas like big data and machine learning.(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
