(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring services.– Requires the service of weekday monitoring of Iranian propaganda aimed at global audiences.– Providing summaries of prominent narratives from Iranian propaganda aimed at non–Iranian audiences on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays– Includes monitoring outlets such as Press TV, Tasneem, and IRNA as well as other outlets– Report should, when appropriate, contain a section on noteworthy trends in Iranian regime propaganda for global audiences, such as highlighting emerging outlets or commentators with links to the Iranian regime.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
