EXTRA-73777 - USA (Reading, Pennsylvania) - Plan Review and Inspection Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide plan review and inspection services to the government authority located in Reading, PA.• Site Plan – show handicap accessibility, property lines, setbacks, utilities, right–of ways, easements and grades and contours.• Permit applications with contractor’s information (Licenses, name, address, e–mail and phone number) and workman’s compensation affidavit and liability insurance.• Construction documents – plans, specifications, details, profiles and special inspections.• Provide the building construction type, occupant loads, 2021 ICC Codes (including the 2020 NEC) that will be used, means of egress widths, exit travel distances, exit passageways, exit discharges, public ways, etc.• Provide dimensions for all of the ADA requirements – parking areas, signage’s, anchorage of the grab bars, maneuvering clearances, turning radiuses, center of toilet and lavatory to the wall, vertical and side and rear grab bars, lavatory toe and knee clearances, pipe protection, towel and toilet paper dispensers, hooks, shelves, etc….• Footings – stepped elevation difference areas with a detail of dimensions, depths, width, rebar with chairs and supports and concrete psi.• Beams and girders – calculations for Engineered Lumber, type, size, connections and spans.• Floor joists – calculations for Engineered Lumber, type, size, blocking, loads and spans.• Floor coverings – habitable and occupiable areas, basements, storage rooms, garages, etc.• Walls – material, coverings, type, size, height, headers, etc. and flame spread and smoke indexes• Wall bracing – method, wall lines, panel locations, panel lengths, portal frame and details.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
