 Vendor needs to provide social media influencer services.                  – Social media influencers, digital content creators, and online personalities with a strong, authentic connection to the region to support the county’s marketing, communications, and promotional efforts.• A meaningful connection to county and the greater region. • An engaged audience with measurable interaction rates. • Consistent production of professional, creative, and authentic content. • Experience creating content related to local lifestyle, tourism, food, arts and culture, business, community events, outdoor recreation, or regional development. • A positive reputation within the community and a history of professional partnerships. • Active accounts on one or more major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other emerging platforms. • Develop original social media content that promotes County, its communities, assets, and initiatives. • Create content across one or more social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Produce a variety of content formats, including short–form videos, reels, stories, photographs, livestreams, and other platform–specific content. • Attend County events, press conferences, ribbon cuttings, festivals, and other activities to create promotional content. • Collaborate with County staff and its marketing partners to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives while maintaining the creator's authentic voice. • Provide periodic analytics and performance reports throughout the duration of the contract period, as well as a comprehensive post–campaign report, including but not limited to reach, impressions, engagement, video views, audience demographics, click–through rates (where available), and other relevant performance insights
