(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrade service to the government authority located in East Lansing, MI. – Purchase and installation of multimedia associated equipment and installation. 1. Configuration A:• One (1) Powered Rollup Projection Screen(s):– Two (4) multimedia input locations shall be provided.– One (1) PDU shall be provided and installed– Six (6) Voice Amplification System(s) shall be provided and installed– Six (6) Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphones– One (1) Voice Amplification System(s) shall be provided and installed– Three (3) Speakers shall be provided and installed. – One (1) Subwoofer shall be provided and installed. – One (1) Audio Mixer shall be provided and installed– One (1) Amplification/DSP System shall be provided and installed– Two (2) Touch Screen Controllers• Configuration B:– Two (2) Voice Amplification System(s) shall be provided and installed– Six (6) Speakers shall be provided and installed. – Four (4) Speakers shall be provided and installed.– One (1) Subwoofer shall be provided and installed.– Mixer/DSP– One (1) Amplification System shall be provided and installed(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
