(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety psychological screening services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Provide professional services for pre–employment psychological screenings, critical incident debriefs, fitness–for–duty evaluations, and other similar services.• Pre–employment psychological screening• Screen out emotionally unstable applicants• Screen out emotionally unsuitable applicants• Screen and identify positive psychological traits and characteristics associated with successful performance of essential job functions of the position.b. Administration of psychological history questionnairec. Testing of cognitive ability and writing sampled. Provide written results and feedback as needed.e. Provide written briefs and reports as needed.f. Critical Incident Debriefsg. Fitness of Duty Evaluation• Identify individuals with stressors.• Identify individuals most likely vulnerable to breakdown under pressure.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September, 8, 2026.
