(1) Vendor needs to provide upgrade entrance portal.– Provide a modernized entrance portal featuring fully integrated security booths to monitor, screen, and process personnel and vehicular traffic entering the laboratory.– New portal will provide weather protection for security personnel, enhanced site lighting, and a modern traffic control system designed to improve safety, efficiency, and operational reliability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
