DEBT-2205 - USA (Lauderdale Lakes, Florida) - EMS Debt Collection Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide EMS debt collection services to the government authority located in Lauderdale Lakes, FL.– Provide collection services for delinquent emergency medical services (EMS) and ambulance transport receivables that the city is authorized to refer for collection. – Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, technology, software, equipment, supplies, postage, and other resources necessary to perform the services described herein.– Services shall include account intake and review, debtor–location research and skip tracing, collection correspondence and telephone contact, patient assistance, City–approved payment arrangements, payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and return of accounts and records.– EMS billing function to the contractor and does not include routine submission of original insurance claims, medical coding, provider enrolment, or medicare, medicaid, public emergency medical transportation (PEMT), or managed–care supplemental payment consulting.– Proposers may propose either a fixed fee per referred EMS claim or account, a percentage of amounts actually collected, or both as alternatives.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2026.
