Description
Purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to replace the HVAC system and related components at the Lebanon Veterans Home. The work to be performed under Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the Contract in strict accordance with Contract Documents.
