(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in West Covina, CA.– Project management:– Provide a detailed project schedule with continuous updates, and executive summary of project status to be submitted with each monthly invoice.– Existing conditions, survey, and utility coordination:– Review available record drawings, utility information, survey information, and other available project data and conduct necessary field investigations to assess existing conditions.– Perform topographic and other surveys necessary to support the design of the proposed improvements.– Identify existing utilities within the project area and coordinate with affected utility companies and City departments as necessary.– Preliminary and conceptual design:– Environmental. Prepare necessary environmental documentation for the project.– Evaluate existing site conditions, such as landscape, drainage, utilities, walkways, lighting amenities, as well as soil condition and the city's conceptual layout and develop three conceptual design alternatives for city consideration.– Prepare a preliminary construction cost estimate and provide recommendations regarding the preferred design.– Plans, specifications and estimate:– provide review comments at the 60%, and 90% design phases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
