(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey banner sponsor program service– Provision of a turnkey banner sponsorship program to be utilized by the park and recreation department.– Provide end–to–end services to support the sale, management, production, and fulfillment of banner sponsorship at designated venue locations.– Scalable sponsorship program that enables both direct and marketplace advertising sales, supported by an integrated e–commerce platform and fulfillment system.– Sales and Sponsorship Management:• Support sponsorship sales efforts for banner sponsor inventory.– E–Commerce Platform:• Design, build, and host an online storefront that enables sponsors.• Provide ongoing maintenance, uptime, and user support for the platform.– Production and Fulfillment:• Coordinate production of banner materials.• Ensure production quality meets industry standards.– Coordination and Administration:• Customer service for sponsors.• Manage billing, collections, and payment reconciliation.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.
