DRA-11976 - USA (Oak Ridge, Tennessee) - As-Needed Surveying Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed surveying services to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN.– Provide as–needed surveying services for various industrial economic development, civil infrastructure, planning, design, and construction projects.– These services may include topographic, boundary, platting, and all other necessary land surveying tasks as specified by the city.– Easement and property acquisition exhibits, Geographic Information System (GIS) data collection and mapping, drone–based mapping, aerial surveys, and LiDAR services, when appropriate, floodplain, drainage, and other specialized surveys research of deeds, plats, public records, and other documents relevant to assigned projects. – Boundary and Title Surveys: Performing boundary surveys, research, and preparation of legal descriptions in accordance with state standards, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys with Table A items tailored to individual project needs and title commitments.– Topographic and Site Mapping: Providing detailed topographic surveys, including spot elevations, breaklines, and contour mapping suitable for civil engineering, design, and drainage analysis.– Right–of–Way and Infrastructure: Locating utilities, rights–of–way, easements, curbs, sidewalks, and transportation infrastructure to support municipal capital improvement projects.– Construction Staking and Control: Establishing primary horizontal and vertical control networks, property corner monumentation, and construction staking as required per task order.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
