ELECTRIC-1000 - USA (Apple Valley, California) - Municipal Facilities LED Lighting Retrofit Project Service - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal facilities LED lighting retrofit project service to the government authority located in Apple Valley, CA.• The project consists of replacing existing lighting systems with energy–efficient LED fixtures in accordance with the I–REN Cash for Kilowatts program requirements and the findings of the project feasibility studies.• Verify existing lighting conditions, fixture types, fixture quantities, mounting conditions, ceiling conditions, controls, voltage, electrical conditions, access requirements, and replacement requirements at all project sites.• Identify any discrepancies between the RFP reference documents, I–REN lighting inventory documents, available as–built drawings, and actual field conditions.• Existing LED fixtures, LED lamps, or prior retrofit work are not automatically excluded from the project.• Remove and legally dispose of or recycle existing fixtures, lamps, ballasts, drivers, retrofit components, and related materials removed as part of the project.• Furnish and install new LED fixtures, lamps, drivers, retrofit kits, and related components as required to provide a complete, functional, code–compliant, and I–REN–compliant lighting retrofit.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
