(1) Vendor needs to provide parks, recreation, cultural resources partnership and fundraising services – Provide facilitating and leading ongoing fundraising, conservation, and community health related initiatives.– For fees to all programs and camps, grants for children, teens and seniors, fiscal agents for various projects, community and friends’ groups, community outreach and more.– Promote and support existing and newly planned and created PRCR programming though grant and private fiscal support.– Increase community engagement and involvement in local parks, recruiting or directing community members into PRCR volunteer programs or local friend groups.– Identify, evaluate, manage and maintain relationships that support parks, recreation and cultural resources (PRCR) projects for the short–term and long–term.– Financial support from private individuals, grantors and corporate groups, in the form of grants and donations both monetary and inkind services.– Provide financial assistance for removing and reducing fee barriers for participation in all PRCR programming.
