(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit (ADA and ancillary) services to the government authority located in Oshkosh, WI. – Provides fixed–route bus service in the city.– Required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Transit offers paratransit service to individuals with disabilities.– Paratransit services are also provided to other populations within the city and rural county residents.– Provide ADA complementary demand response services for both ambulatory and non–ambulatory individuals with disabilities in the city, and the additional paratransit services.– Dial–a–Ride Ambulatory ADA – This program provides paratransit service to ADA certified ambulatory riders, whose disability prevents them from using Transit’s fixed route bus system.– Dial–a–Ride Senior – This program provides transportation service to riders age 60 and older. The service is currently provided with sedans and mini–vans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
