(1) Vendor needs to provide land bank authority realtor services to the government authority located in Ottawa, MI.– Real Estate Services1. Cooperate fully with purchasing agents as you represent the county land bank authority in the transaction.2. Facilitate all the components of a real estate transaction.3. Prepare brokers price opinion.4. Have all disclosures prepared once the offer is accepted with any seller/buyer addendums.5. Prepare and place multiple listing service (MLS) listing at brokers website and MLS.6. Prepare and distribute marketing materials.7. Take professional exterior and interior photos and develop a professional slide show easily accessible on the internet.8. Ensure and coordinate access to the property for interested buyers and coordinate open houses if deemed necessary.9. Provide a monthly report to the assigned staff contact about marketing efforts, contacts/leads, and other developments when there are active property listings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
