(1) Vendor needs to provide juneteenth celebration service.– The strategic planning, operational management, and post–event evaluation of the 2027 juneteenth celebration.– Public access: the selected partner must ensure that all core juneteenth 2027 events are free and open to the public, with no admission fees.– Program and activities curation: develop a comprehensive event itinerary, cultivate historical and educational programming, and contract appropriate cultural performances.– Vendor and personnel coordination: oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of event volunteers, while managing relationships and logistics for all food, craft, and informational vendors.– Sponsorship and fundraising development: identify and secure corporate sponsorships and community partnerships to generate supplementary funding and optimize event resources.– Logistics and operations management: oversee all day–to–day operational needs, including equipment procurement, site design, venue setup and teardown, and live–event troubleshooting.– Interdepartmental city liaison: collaborate directly with various city departments to ensure full compliance with public safety, permitting, and municipal facility protocols.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
