EXTRA-71549 - USA (Ridgeland, South Carolina) - Greenbelt Program Manager Service - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide greenbelt program manager service to the government authority located in Ridgeland, SC. – Provide program and financial management, project management, and due diligence for greenbelt projects.– Program management will be excluded from projects submitted and awarded through the sales tax program. – A comprehensive greenbelt study shall be undertaken by a selected party, and a recommended greenbelt plan.– Develop consistent design criteria, standards, and specifications for use on projects developed by the program.– Develop and maintain a program financial plan to forecast program revenues, project expenditures, and cash balances.– The financial plan shall be in accordance with the greenbelt plan, and the consultant will participate in the annual planning process.– Determine a method to evaluate project benefit and cost, conduct risk analysis as needed, and make recommendations based on analysis.– Provide quarterly financial reports to include revenues, encumbrances, and expenditures.– Feedback and priorities from local conservation and historic resource partners, stakeholders.– Review and maintain project related correspondence and files.– Program and financial management.– Project management services.  – Greenbelt study.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for five years.          (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on June 30, 2026.
