(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security services to the government authority located in Commerce, CO.• Provide unarmed, uniformed security services to support ongoing safety, facility monitoring, and customer service• provide trained, professional unarmed security officers support City staff in rule enforcement ensure timely response to incidents protect City property and provide accurate, timely reporting in alignment with City requirements.– General Security Services• Maintain a visible security presence to promote safety and deter prohibited behaviors.• Provide customer service support, including giving directions or general assistance to visitors.• Actively monitor interiors, exteriors, parking lots, and perimeters.• Identify and report safety hazards, facility concerns, and maintenance issues.• Provide courteous rule enforcement in coordination with City staff.• Prevent and detect theft, vandalism, loss, or other security risks.• Support de–escalation efforts within the scope of non–law–enforcement authority.• Document all incidents, daily logs, patrols, and actions in accordance with City standards.• Cooperate fully in investigations, police activity, and follow–up documentation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
