(1) Vendor needs to provide election moving services to the government authority located in Waukegan, IL. – Provide delivery services for voting booths, election tabulators, ballot bins, ballots, election equipment systems, laptops, early voting equipment, filing cabinets, and related materials for the clerk’s office to support elections held in county. – Include the pick–up, routing, and delivery of:• Election ballots.• Expressvote ballot marking devices.• Storage cages.• Rolling cases.• Voting booths.• Voting signs.• Orange cones.• Tenex touchpads and ballot on–demand printers.• Voting tabulators and bins.• Additional miscellaneous materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
