(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Morristown, TN. – Clean, sanitize and polish toilets, sinks and urinals.– Empty, line, clean and sanitize trash containers.– Clean and polish glass mirrors, chrome, hardware, and doors.– Clean and polish light switches, handles and push plates.– Vacuum rugs and carpet.– Clean entrance and other glass doors (2) The contract period will be for three years.
