MEDI-8184 - USA (Medina, Ohio) - Drug Testing and Electronic Monitoring Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing and electronic monitoring services to the government authority located in Medina, OH. – The successful proposer shall provide comprehensive drug testing and electronic monitoring services, including all labor, equipment, supplies, technology, reporting, transportation/shipping, laboratory services, technical support, and other associated services.– The Department currently utilizes multiple drug–testing methods. Vendors shall be capable of providing, at minimum, the following testing formats or functionally comparable services:• 10–panel oral swab testing• 17–panel urine screening• 16–panel urine screening– Drug–testing capabilities may include, as applicable, testing for amphetamines, cannabinoids/marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, gabapentin, kratom, methadone, buprenorphine, opiates, PCP, oxycodone, benzodiazepines, tramadol, ethanol/alcohol, and other substances requested by the Department.– The selected vendor shall provide comprehensive electronic monitoring services for individuals ordered or approved by the Department to participate in electronic monitoring.– Proposals shall identify the specific technology and capabilities offered, including alcohol–monitoring methodology if applicable, GPS/location capability if applicable, geofencing, tamper detection, battery life, charging requirements, water resistance, cellular/Wi–Fi connectivity, data transmission frequency, alert generation, system availability/uptime, portal functionality, and any limitations or areas without reliable coverage.– The selected vendor shall be responsible for all installation and removal of electronic monitoring equipment.– The vendor shall provide installation, removal, technical support, and alert–response services during regular business hours and shall provide after–hours, weekend, and holiday coverage for installations, removals, equipment issues, alerts, and other time–sensitive matters.– Drug–testing services shall generally be available during the Department's regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
