(1) Vendor needs to provide permanent local housing allocation funding service to the government authority located in Porterville, CA.– Provide a short, one or two sentence explanation of the purpose of thisprogram and what the funds will be used on.– provide a permanent, ongoing source of funding to Local governments for housing–relatedprojects and programs that assist in addressing the unmet housing needs of their localcommunities.– Provide operating costs for emergency shelters and/or bridge housing programs– Provide operating costs for navigation centers– Supportive/Case Management Services for Permanent Supportive Housing– Agency funds can be used for operating costs needed to run an emergency shelter and/or operating costs for a bridge housing beds, leading to permanent housing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026
