DISPOS-10014 - USA (Shawnee Mission, Kansas) - IT Asset Disposal Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT asset disposal services to the government authority located in Shawnee Mission, KS.– Provider shall be responsible for disposal and recycling services of any IT asset.– Provider shall maintain records and documentation of all device or item collected from the district (the make/model/serial number of the device/items and the district’s asset tag).– The service provider shall facilitate the resale of any designated IT asset that is eligible for resale and provide remarketing services for the sale of these ITAD devices.– The service provider will be responsible for properly sanitizing any data–bearing media for all ITAD devices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
