Provide a structured, safe, and sanitary environment for tattoo education, teaching a progression from classroom – paper – synthetic skin – supervised human application.3. Equip incarcerated individuals with employable skills for re–entry.4. Align with professional tattoo industry standards and state regulatory requirements.5.
