(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical billing and records management system.i. Associated software/hardwareii. Establishment of master files and sub filesiii. Invoice tracking systemiv. Accounts receivable (AR) by patient name/account systemv. Cash management systemvi. Related financial reports– Software proposed shall comply with the national ambulance code set as defined by the centers for medicare and medicaid services.– The successful service provider shall be a direct electronic claims processor. electronic claims shall be filed for medicaid and medicare for state and surrounding states.– Describe the end–to–end billing process.– Provide the method used for coordination with hospitals in obtaining billing information.– Monthly reconciliation of bank deposits with payments posted by service provider(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
