(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard patrol services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• Duties:1. One security personnel shall patrol the facilities during scheduled hours.– All security personnel to be assigned to the facility shall undergo an orientation training with a Department of Public Works – General Services representative to familiarize them with the premises and facilities.2. On–duty security personnel shall be equipped with a company issued cell phone that shall be charged, turned on and in good working condition at all times, and shall have adequate• The cell phone shall remain in the possession of the on–duty security personnel at all times.• Security personnel shall frequently patrol each facility, including the parking lot/parking structure, and facility grounds area to enforce the following:a. No loitering and/or unauthorized access to the facility, including during non–business hours;• Security personnel shall remove loiterers, violators, trespassers, and/or unauthorized persons from the premises.• Security may call the Police/911• Security personnel shall be positioned in an area visible to the public.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
