(1) Vendor needs to provide preventative maintenance and repair service to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.• Services should include, but are not limited to, full inspection of mechanical and electrical components, verification of control systems, testing of safety devices, and evaluation of moisture–control and air–drying equipment.• The contractor will also conduct routine performance assessments to identify early signs of wear, inefficiency, or potential failure.• The vendor must provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and service for all air compressors used by agency.• All maintenance, inspections, and service activities must follow the manufacturer’s specifications and industry best practices to ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency.• Vendor must conduct complete system inspections, including mechanical components, electrical systems, safety devices, control systems, and air–drying/moisture–control hardware.• Preventative maintenance must include manufacturer–recommended parts, lubricants, filters, consumables, and labor.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
